QVEC carries out its activities in full compliance with the legislation in force of the Republic of Albania, respecting all legal, administrative, and institutional requirements governing non-profit organizations and interventions in civil emergency situations.
The organization is registered under NUIS L32217451P , based on a decision of the legislative bodies dated October 14, 2013, and operates in accordance with the legal framework for civil emergency management, volunteerism, as well as cooperation with state institutions and international partners.
QVEC applies clear documentation and reporting standards for every field engagement, ensuring transparency, accountability, and full traceability of its humanitarian activities.
