The Volunteer Center for Civil Emergencies is a non-profit organization with a clear mission: providing assistance in natural and health emergencies across the entire country.

QVEC aims to provide humanitarian aid in cases of civil emergencies, disasters, or large-scale crises. It offers its humanitarian services in cooperation with official institutions, both within and outside the country.
QVEC operates as an independent structure with operational, research, educational, and humanitarian activities. It has partnerships with similar organizations in the Marche region of Italy, and with several municipalities such as Fermo, Porto Sant’Elpidio, Porto San Giorgio, etc. It is an organization that operates only in emergency situations and is registered with the tax authorities under NUIS number L32217451P, with a decision from legislative bodies dated October 14, 2013. Since March 2014 until now, we have made our modest contribution, but always with dedication and passion, firmly believing that volunteerism is a passion, not a profession.
Through our engagements anytime and anywhere, young men and women who are passionate about volunteering are an essential part of this center, which has now been certified by international bodies.
