The Volunteer Center for Civil Emergencies was once again selected by the Ministry of Defense, as well as by a special decision of the Council of Ministers, to take part in the international exercise called “Joint Reaction-2019”. This exercise is conducted within the framework of US-A5, in which Kosovo also participates. The exercise aims at national and regional interoperable response in the event of natural disasters.
