Republic of Albania, respecting all legal, administrative, and institutional requirements governing non-profit organizations and interventions in civil emergency situations.<\/p><p>The organization is registered under <strong>NUIS L32217451P<\/strong> , based on a decision of the legislative bodies dated <strong>October 14, 2013<\/strong>, and operates in accordance with the legal framework for civil emergency management, volunteerism, as well as cooperation with state institutions and international partners.<\/p><p>QVEC applies clear documentation and reporting standards for every field engagement, ensuring transparency, accountability, and full traceability of its humanitarian activities.<\/p><p><strong>QVEC\u2019s activities are based on:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Legislation on civil emergencies and civil protection<\/p><\/li><li><p>Legislation on non-profit organizations<\/p><\/li><li><p>Regulations on volunteerism and community service<\/p><\/li><li><p>Cooperation agreements with local institutions and international partners<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Legal documentation, certifications, and cooperation agreements are maintained and administered in accordance with
